Tips#1: Choosing proper die sets. Each die set has its best crimping range. Like No. 14 die set is with range from 14mm to 16mm, if you doing crimping during this range, you can choose thie die set.
Tips#2: Regulate the micrometer in front of the crimping machine head. Accuracy is 0.01mm, one circle on the main ruler is 1mm, one scale on the chief ruler is 0.01mm.
Tips#3: Put the assembled hose in the most suitable location of the head. For crimping bif diameter hose, we recommend you crimping step by step, to avoid the big-small head.
Tips#4: Calculate if the diameter of the hydraulic hose after crimping is what you need. For each ferrule with each hydraulic hose, there is a best diameter.
