Here we have a 2007 Acura TL Type S with a 3.5 liter J35 engine. It has this crazy noise coming from the timing belt caused by a failed timing belt tensioner. I knew what it was from the past but to diagnose you can remove the serpentine belt to rule that out. Ended up replacing the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, tensioner pulley, and idler pulley (phew). Took about 4 hours with trying to record a few things.
