How to repair Faulty Miele Softronic W3241 washing machine witch has no power, this is easy fix. Make sure power cord is unplugged from the socket. Open the door by pulling emergency door opening system located behind the front bottom flap . Once the door is opened, carefully remove metal spring bracket, then pull left part of rubber seal. Behind the door lock you will find the problem. Hanging cable connection is not connected any more to the door lock.
So, just plug it in and there you go. Power is back to the machine.
This is very common problem to most Miele washing machines.
