05:25 Disconnect the crankcase vent tube and vacuum tube from the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe.

In this video I will explain what causes code P2195 "oxygen sensor is fluctuating outside its optimal range" on most cars. Code P2195 is often caused by a bad oxygen sensor on Bank 1 Sensor 1. Sensor 1 means that this is the upstream oxygen sensor. It is also known as the oxygen sensor before the catalytic converter. If you replace the oxygen sensor and code P2195 comes back, then it could be a leak. Bank 2 on V6 engines are usually towards the radiator fan or the right side facing of the vehicle ( but not always). By replacing the oxygen sensor, I fixed code P2195 and it never came back.
