Restoring my 2003 Jaguar S-Type 4.2 V8 Sport. On day 108 of this rebuild (May 15, 2022), I´m re-attempting the removal of two snapped exhaust manifold studs utilizing various bolt extractor kits. Will I succeed this time?
🔔 Every day I´m working on this restoration is summarized in a separate video. To keep up with the project, consider subscribing:

💡 About this Car Project
--------------------------------------------------
I purchased my 2003 Jaguar S-Type 4.2 V8 Sport used at around 50k miles, put another 100k miles on it, and it always served me well.
In 2013, some expensive repairs would have been necessary to pass the annual inspection mandatory here in Austria. I decided against investing money and instead went for another car, my 2007 Mercedes-Benz E500 4matic.
Nevertheless I kept the Jaguar and promised myself that some day I would attempt a full rebuild. The time had come on August 31, 2019. After my S-Type had been abandoned for over 6 years, I rented a garage and ever since try to work at least once a week on this car restoration project.
The disassembly/ rebuild is done by myself without any professional support. To sort of proof that a "paper pusher" (as I am) can achieve this alone, I decided against just uploading a compilation of the most exciting moments or interim results, but instead try to get the whole process on camera, although using time lapse to keep it more or less endurable for you, my viewers.
Once the project is accomplished (I sincerely hope, it will be one day...), this video series may serve as a blueprint for restoring a Jaguar S-Type on your own.
