20 min Model Booty & Flat Abs Pilates workout | Resistance band w/ Kelly Gale

Hi!

How are you? Sorry I am late to post it's been a busy week for me! Our apartment is still under renovation so it has been almost two months since I have slept in my own bed! I was on set almost every day this week starting last weekend when Max and I had a summer campaign shoot for Express and then capturing content for Nekohama, my wellness platform, and a special cooking video which I will share in June. I can't wait to show you some of the images from this week! Even though I was working non-stop, I have never been more excited about the projects in my life right now and feel so lucky I get to do it with the people I love.

Anyway, I want to share with you a great lower body and flat ab workout that I filmed with my friend Kelly Gale. You probably recognize her from some of my past fitness videos! We met when we walked for the Victoria's Secret fashion show when I first started modeling and have been friends ever since. From New York to LA who knows where the world will take us next.
