Trützschler blow room machinery is the finest machinery in the world for making yarn from the cotton and others fibers. Because, Trützschler using German technology for improving their machine quality.
For starting the process it begins with Blandomat Opener. It sucks the raw cotton from the cotton belt and transfer to the BR-COI, SP-EM, CL-U, CL-P machines for cleaning.
Today I will show you how to play with Trutzschler Blendomat Opener. And I am talking about the 2016 version. Today we provide the power to this machine and it's the very first time. We got few service engineers from Trutzschler and they will check this machine parameter like a light barrier, limit switch and others.
It's their job to run this machine and we will stay with them. This machine has a nice control panel with a HMI.
You may ask what is HMI?
Ok, human-machine interface is called HMI. Where a program will be present inside the HMI and it will act by human touch. If you want you can have a look on Wikipedia.
If the machine is in service mode and by this mode, we can check all the parameter. Now if we press the start button the machine will move. Then we will check the ground clearance because we really don't want to stick the horn with the floor. We are having two laps. We are having a few stages of moving rail. The machine will travel this stage for forwarding and backward movement. On moving time we should clear the area of safe zone from ordinary people. Because safety is the first priority.
