You can hear the wiper motor running so it is prob something to do with the wiper transmission.,and not electrical.If you remove the wiper arms and plastic cowl on this Pontiac G6 you will be able to inspect and remove the wiper assembly. It is a possibility to just replace the bushing but could not find one listed for it so you would need to match it up at the store. All in all the wiper transmission replacement on a Pontiac G6 is not that hard to do.
