Обычно мы рассказываем о более сложных историях, но есть и такие, в которых шпиндель не требует сложного ремонта. Тем не менее, рассказывать о них нужно, потому что в ремонте механизма важно все!
❯ Проблема: шпиндель приехал со сгоревшими подшипниками и возможности разобрать его без повреждения тормозного диска не было. Также, при первичной диагностике, был выявлен повышенный уровень вибрации.
❯ Решение: замена подшипников, изготовление нового тормозного диска + дополнительно была произведена шлифовка вала.
↳ Сборка и испытания. Упаковка в специально подготовленный ящик.
Ремонт шпинделя составил 30 дней, с момента поступления в СЦ и до его отгрузки.

❯ Problem: the spindle came with burnt bearings and it was not possible to disassemble it without damaging the brake disc. Also, during the initial diagnosis, we detected an increased level of vibration.
❯ Solution: replacement of bearings, manufacture of a new brake disc + additionally, the shaft was ground.
↳ Assembly and testing. Packaging in a specially prepared box.
The repair of the spindle was 30 days, from the moment of receipt in the service centre and until its shipment.
