MGB Full Suspension Rebuild Including Spring Removal, Lever Arm Damper Service & Fitting Poly Bushes
A complete guide to MGB front and rear suspension overhaul including front and rear spring removal and refit, lever arm damper service & fitting poly bushes. I made the video in three parts, the first part covers refreshing the fluid in the lever arm dampers, we then move on to the bushes, lastly, I briefly cover the suspension modifications on my car. I have added some bookmarks below so you can skip to the section you want.
I did find the rear suspension a hard area to film, hopefully you’ll be able to see how I remove and re-fit the springs though.

The damper oil I used is the Motul 20 weight, available from The Poly bushes are Super-Pro and supplied by Moss. I am not sponsored by Super-Pro, I do thoroughly recommend their products though.
