Tutorial: Using the Monaflex OTR Custom System for hot vulcanisation tyre repair on OTR tyres with 30.00 section width or greater.
Using the M4832E External Curing Pack with M45/6/7 (1HG).
The Monaflex system is the super tough, yet lightweight system for the repair of all OTR tyres on the market today.
About the Monaflex OTR system:
• Tyre Range 13.00 section through to largest available (70/70-57+)
• Components suitable for both Radial and Cross Ply (Bias) Tyres
• Can repair Regular, Wide Base, Super Wide Base, Floatation, Skidder and Terra tyres
• Will repair the Sidewall, Shoulder and Crown areas of the tyre
• Allows the use of cloth back patches at cheaper cost to the user
Note: For correct operation a clean, dry air supply (minimum 40psi) and a filtered electrical supply (220v/ 240v) is required.
• The system is completely customisable. Only the components necessary for the tyre range being repaired need to be purchased. This feature allows a repair shop to start small and grow large by adding extra components as and when other tyre sizes are being repaired
• Correct pressure is applied just where it is needed which means a stronger, distortion free repair every time
• Specially designed, elasticated airbag 'windows' mean complete conformity wherever the injury is
• Simultaneous internal and external vulcanization results in quicker repairs
• Exceptionally durable heat pads
• Simultaneous heat and pressure
• Super tough, yet lightweight
• Straightforward - little training is required
• Compact – easy to transport and store. No need for traditional heavy weight mechanical machinery. When the airbags are not in use, they collapse and fold down to an incredibly compact size. Repair the largest OTR tyres/tires with a system that can be transported in the back of an average family car. This portability has opened up enormous opportunities for our customers including the ability to offer mobile repair services and multi-site operations.
• Quality made components
