Stepping up the game for 2020 means the new engine is needed. No horrors were found during the strip down, and even the no3 rod bearing was absolutely fine.
We are punching the engine out from 1052cc to 1109cc using a Wiseco big bore kit, along with Max Speedingrods forged I beam rods.
The big bore also bumps compression to 12:1 up from 11:1. The other benefit is that the forged pistons will stand up to nitrous better than the standard cast ones.
