We pressured-washed the dirt, dust, and growth away from the existing but beat-up cement concrete foundation.

We're using 690 BMI stucco with fibers and adding some Lumnite accelerators to increase the set time. Why this stucco. It flexes, thus when these below-the-ground roots deteriorate, the hair lining won't be as bad.
