Helping Family in a quick turn around two-stage Snow Blower Impeller Repair for a couple of my favorite people. Now I didn't charge for this one but its a great example of quick turnaround projects that will absolutely bring some money through the door. One of the things I enjoy most is welding the oddball things or the stuff that's broken and can be saved from the salvage bin. In this case, my uncle was able to purchase another snowblower impeller if needed but wanted to see if I could save this one and perhaps strengthen it up some from how the factory originally welded it together. The factory was a bit anemic with the welds and overall assembly. For the most part, it tab and slotted together.
The challenge, of course, was getting it back together so it didn't have a load of runout. We ended up with an impeller that was back together and had about twice the amount of welded up joints as the original. Time will tell how well it works out. 😉
110% HoC Approved! One of Tiglets favorites 😉
