Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: When the dispenser leaks out the front down the front of the washer, it means something is blocking the water from going from the dispenser to the tub of the washer.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Pull the dispenser out as far as you can.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: There is a plastic locking tab you can push down on at the back of the dispenser.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Push this down and the drawer will pull all the way out so you can see if anything is blocking the outlet near the back.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: If not, then pull the entire washer forward.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: There are 2 or 3 screws coming in from the back of the top panel.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Remove these screws and the top panel will pull straight back, up, and off.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Now you can disconnect the hose between the tub and the dispenser and look for anything inside the hose blocking the water from draining.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Usually there is a bleach cap insert or a detergent cap insert or something like that.

Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Something is still blocking the water flow then.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Again, it simple physics on these dispenser for Duets.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: The water is coming in faster than it's draining, that's the only reason water will leak out the frost.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Clean out the dispenser and if you're certain it's 100% clean, the hose between the tub and back of the dispenser is the problem.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Make sure the hose is clean and if you can't find anything, replace the hose because it's collapsing or something and now allowing water into the tub as fast as it's filling.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Do you have a part number?
