1935 DODGE RAT ROD REPAIR Part 2- Rear Suspension Fixes, More Frame Enforcement, Major Door Issues..
Well, in part one of the 1935 Dodge Rat Rod Repair, we totally cut out an improperly installed front suspension, fixed it up, enforced the front frame rails, and redesigned all steering components. This time around we focus on the rear suspension, frame structure from the firewall back, and the body of the car. Some crude methods had to be used on the doors to make them fit properly, but when all was done, they fit pretty good! The installation of bear claw latches in all 4 doors added the benefit of nicer closing doors as well as the added safety that a bear claw latch provides.
