We Cut Too Much! Fixing a Rusty Miata’s Rear Quarter

In this episode, we tackle the passenger-side rear quarter and sill of our rusty Miata. Things seem to be going smoothly—until we cut too much from the repair panel and run into a major fitment issue!

We’re using a budget flux core welder from Parkside to get the job done, and while it’s not perfect, it’s all part of the learning process. This is DIY rust repair at its finest (and most chaotic).
