FIXING The ALTERNATOR On My WEIRD Ford Coupe The Ford EXP
I bought the weirdest little coupe Ford ever made, the Ford EXP. It's been well taken care of but has a few outstanding issues to knock out. The biggest issue is the factory alternator is still on the car and the bearings are beyond shot. I've learned that if I can unload the drivetrain for a second while driving it, the bearings will stop whining, I'm ready to stop trying to drop the RPM and feather the clutch just to enter stealth mode. So we're going to change the alternator, change the plugs, and look for the rather large vacuum leak behind the engine.
