Part 17 – Boat Headliner – Covering the Seams & Sewing - 1974 Sea Ray SRV 240 Weekender Re-build

This time around I show how I cover up the cut edges and joints in the foam backed vinyl hull liner I installed in my boat rebuild project in my previous video.

I also show the sewing machine I bought during my previous boat project. It’s a 1954 Singer 15-91 gear driven sewing machine. I show the basic controls, and how it works. It's a great, affordable sewing machine for working with vinyl, canvas, and other heavier materials. If you’ve never sewed before, don’t worry, it’s an easy machine to get started on!
