Патрон подушки SRS до и после срабатывания (SRS airbag cartridge before and after deployment)
Про шлейфы. Есть два варианта.
1. TOYOTA 84306-22010 Группа контактная подрулевого переключателя (без мульти) 7 пинов.
2. TOYOTA 84306-48030 Группа контактная подрулевого переключателя (под мульти руль) 14 пинов.
Больше ни каких отличий нет.
По замене.
Может кто и знает как руль снимать, все общих чертах.
Значит инструкция. Клему с аккумулятора не снимал. Хотя в сети мнения разделились, кто говорит снимать кто пофиг.
1. Руль ставим на замок (в последствии поможет снять и одеть).
2. Откручиваем шестигранником болты крепления Airbag или в простонародии водительской подушки безопасности.
3. Поднимаем желтые стопоры на клемах подушки и снимаем с подушки клемы.
4. Далее отсоединяем провод сигнала или на массу он идет. От чего он там, беленький такой от шлейфа тянется. И подушка у нас в руках.
5. Далее располовиниваем пластиковые панельки (чехол) который все закрывает за рулевым колесом. Можно полностью не снимать, а только с передней части, этого достаточно будет.
6. Откручиваем гайку которая руль фиксирует (на 17 или 19, уже с памяти вылетело) ставим метку маркером чтобы потом руль одеть как было. Снимается тяжело поэтому и ставил на замок в самом начале процесса чтобы дергать удобно было.
7. Когда руль сняли отсоединяем все фишки от щлейфа и вытаскиваем шлейф. Отсоединяем от шлейфа Toyota 89245-52030 Датчик рулевой колонки, старый шлейф в топку, к новому подсоединяем.
В общих чертах, серую фишку (Toyota 89245-52030 Датчик рулевой колонки) отсоединяем от шлейфа, и ставим на новый. Ну и собираем все в обратной последовательности.
Для удаления "беременного мужика" с приборной панели осталось удалить ошибку из памяти, но это уже другая история.

By replacement.
Maybe someone knows how to remove the steering wheel, in general terms.
That means instructions. I did not remove the terminal from the battery. Although online opinions are divided, who says to film who doesn’t care.
1. Lock the steering wheel (later it will help you remove and put it on).
2. Unscrew the bolts securing the Airbag or, in common parlance, the driver’s airbag using a hexagon.
3. Raise the yellow stoppers on the cushion terminals and remove the terminals from the cushion.
4. Next, disconnect the signal wire or it goes to ground. Why is it there, the little white one is coming from the train. And the pillow is in our hands.
5. Next, we halve the plastic panels (cover) that covers everything behind the steering wheel. You don’t have to remove it completely, just from the front part, that will be enough.
6. Unscrew the nut that secures the steering wheel (at 17 or 19, it’s already gone from memory) and put a mark with a marker so that later you can put the steering wheel back on as it was. It’s difficult to remove, so I put it on the lock at the very beginning of the process so that it would be easier to pull.
7. When the steering wheel is removed, disconnect all the chips from the cable and pull out the cable. We disconnect the steering column sensor from the Toyota 89245-52030 cable, the old cable goes into the firebox, and we connect it to the new one.
In general terms, we disconnect the gray chip (Toyota 89245-52030 Steering column sensor) from the cable and install it on a new one. Well, we collect everything in reverse order.
To remove the “pregnant man” from the dashboard, all that remains is to delete the error from memory, but that’s another story.
