Fuses and Relays Boxes Location / Protections and How to Replace / Suzuki Grand Vitara PART 1
The vehicle has three types of fuses, as
▶ Battery fuses which are main fuse + Other Battery fuses. The Main fuse is 150A and takes current directly from the battery.
▶ Primary fuses - these fuses are between the main fuse and individual fuses, and are for electrical load groups.
▶ Individual fuses These fuses are for individual electrical circuits.
In this video Part 1 you will see that the main fusses and primary fuses are located in the engine compartment and also that if the main fuse blows, no electrical component will function. You will also see a solutions to the problem. In the end of this video you will see how I bypass the fuse with copper wire temporarily until I receive the new box I ordered. I do not recommend it as a permanent solution to the problem.
In this car, if the main fuse of the battery burns out, the whole box must be replaced.
Watch the video and you will see how to do it.

@RS_Team_Bulgaria What fuse should I check when my Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9DDIS won't start? If this happens to you, your car doesn't want to start. Nothing lights up, the car looks dead. The most likely cause is a burned out main battery fuse.
