This car is a wiring nightmare.... previous owner decided to take it upon himself to do some custom VW lighting and VW switches which is fine, but there is a right way and a wrong way! There has been lots of correcting of this VW Beetle electrical system. Lots of stuff is still falling off or being found as not installed properly. The steering wheel, the alternator pulley.... and all the wiring in this vehicle is a complete mess. Sorting it out and attempting its first cold start today!
