Shop Talk 18: Starrett Dial Caliper Fix

I recently picked up a used Starrett No. 120A dial caliper used and the dial needle was not properly clocked, a very common problem with dail calipers.
The 120a is fortunately a pretty easy fix to set the needle back to the 12 o'clock position.
