Sometimes after I've hit the blue button the Keurig turns off. The way I quickly fix this is to take the pod out and turn it to a different position. I then re-close the machine and turn it back on and it almost always works. I don't know why this happens, but this is a very quick and easy fix. There's no need for a deep diagnosis here unless you're really into that stuff. This fix works very easily and quick for me. Please note I now see there was no hole in the first place so this was the issue, so the twist helps put a hole in it as needed. You can like or dislike the video, it doesn't really make any difference. If this works for you great & if it doesn't good luck on getting your machine fixed. Thank you
