A cold Black 1995 Honda Del-Sol Lowered owned by Erik Ramirez President of Japstyle CC A Slammed Honda Del-Sol
This Cold Black 1995 Honda Del-Sol is owned by Erick Ramirez. Erik is the President of JAP-Style car club based in Dalton Ga. This is the third Del-sol he has bought stock and moded. This time he went with a VIP theme. You will notice among other features are the Custom woodgrain VIP table on the dash. It attracts a lot of attention and questions. Mostly were can I get one of those? Then there is the very rare Steering wheel, one of only 91 in the world. And last but not least the diamond stitch seats.

The Honda Civic del Sol is a 2-seater front-engined, front wheel drive, car manufactured by Honda in the 1990s featuring a Targa Top. Based on the Honda Civic platform, the del Sol was the successor to the popular Honda CR-X. First released in 1992 in Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The Spanish name del Sol translates to of the sun, and refers to the car's opening roof. It was not a full convertible, featuring a removable hardtop that stowed in the trunk and a retractable rear window for a convertible 'feel' (known as targa top). Similar in that respect to GM's Corvette.
In the US market, the CR-X naming convention was dropped from the del Sol line because it was different from earlier models, which were hatchbacks and not targas. Starting with the 1995 models, Honda dropped the 'Civic' name from the del Sol in the Americas. The del Sol tag was added in 1994 and at the same time the Civic name was dropped, naming it the CRX del Sol for the rest of the run.
Production and sales ended with the 1997 model in the U.S. and 1998 elsewhere, with fewer than 75,000 vehicles sold in America.
