FV -08-11VF5 has switch for two speed: 80 with noise 0.3 and 110 CFM with noise 0.8 sones.
FV-11VQ5 has 110CFM with noise 0.3 sones.
So, the FV-11VQ5 will be much better for the volume with lower noise.
