A few more thoughts on the project itself: even though we messed up, we still really like how these DIY candle holders turned out. The storage is what really makes us like them, but we also like the faceted hex design because we feel like it is more modern than traditional pillar candle holders. Overall, we've been loving making modern DIY decor and because these also have built in storage, they are one of our favorites
