With powering with eyes on, with no balls gives steady blink, with eyes on and a ball in the chamber, blinks really fast and shuts off after a few minutes. Will still fire but shuts off after about 3 or so minutes. No pinched wires, full battery connection, new battery, cleaned holds where the eyes cross of any excess dust/dirt.
