in this video i discussed #Treadmill #Circuit Breaker Trips OFF / SportsArt fitness TR33 Input Short Circuit Not Working. while #repair & troubleshooting of Power control board of this treadmill, i found that its input circuit breaker was tripping off after immediately after power ON and the power resistor in soft start circuit were heat up and these were producing smoke. it was due to ibgt short circuit. the igbt transistor short circuit was creating short circuit in the dc rail. when the processor was turning on the full current mode relay in the inrush current protection resistors, in that situation the line voltage were being applied directly to the bridge rectifier and the output terminals of the bridge rectifier were getting short circuit, which was causing to trip the MCB main circuit breaker,
