Working on this Boss T-Wah pedal was a fun and unexpected project that came my way. I think it's super important to know how your gear works so that when issues do come up, you can try to fix it instead of being forced to run out and buy something new. That's why things like the Right to Repair acts that are popping up around the U.S. are so important, as well as groups like iFixIt and other open source communities that provide knowledge bases of solutions to empower the masses. But probably most importantly, this stuff is pretty cool and who doesn't like playing with a soldering iron?
