Мы доделали очередной технический выпуск по ремонту Опелей!
В этом выпуске мы меняем прокладку маслонасоса на двигателе z18xer (z16xer). Попутно заменим ГРМ и помпу, сальник коленвала передний, а так же переклеим поддон, переуплотнив датчик минимального уровня масла. Все работы проводились на автомобиле Opel Vectra C.
Те же работы проводятся и на автомобилях Opel Zafira B, Opel Astra H, Opel Astra J и Opel Insignia (с двигателями A16XER, A18XER), Chevrolet Cruze (с двигателями F16D4, F18D4).
Все работы как обычно сопровождены выкладками из ТИС2000,
размерами необходимого инструмента и моментами затяжек.
Т.к эти работы затрагивают многие узлы автомобиля, выпуск получился продолжительным, и одновременно максимально подробным. Думаю теперь Вам не составить труда выполнить подобную работу у себя в гараже)

We have completed the next technical issue on Opel repair!
In this release, we are changing the oil pump gasket on the z18xer (z16xer) engine. Along the way, replace the timing and pump, the front crankshaft oil seal, as well as re-glue the pallet, re-sealing the minimum oil level sensor. All work was carried out on the car Opel Vectra C.
the same work is carried out on cars Opel Zafira B, Opel Astra H, Opel Astra J and Opel Insignia (with engines A16XER, A18XER), Chevrolet Cruze (with engines F16D4, F18D4).
All works as usual are accompanied by calculations from TIS 2000,
the size of the required tool and the tightening torques.
Since these works affect many components of the car, the release was long, and at the same time as detailed as possible. I think now you will not be difficult to perform such work in your garage)
