TITAN 500 is a very compact and performing single-phase grinding and polishing machine equipped with a mono-directional fully geared planetary and variable working speed. It is the ideal machine for large marble, terrazzo, granite and concrete surfaces and for the preparation of industrial floors, bush-hammering, grinding, fast removal of old glues and resins and mirror-polished concrete through the HyperConcrete® system.

The TITAN series complies with safety standards Art. EN 60204-1
TRANSMISSION WITH TEMPERATED GEARS.
Planetarium in 100% tempered metal and without drive belt. The gear
transmission system allows the machine to work continuously while
maintaining high performance. No time wasted and pauses on the
site construction due to broken belts. Belt drive planet gauges do not
guarantee the same performance compared to planetary gearboxes, they
are also subject to breakage during work and require long repair times.
Warning: in many grinders the main dish and the satellites do not work
together: if you lock a satellite the main dish keeps rotating, drastically
reducing the performance of the machine.
SELECTOR TO LOCK THE INVERTER DOOR.
This device prevents opening the door before switching off the electrical

RESET FOR THE SECURITY SYSTEM
The new ignition (restart) after any stoppage can not happen accidentally.
Each restart must be active and not passive, if for example an operator
accidentally connects the power supply, the machine does not start up again.
To restart the machine the operator must correctly follow all the instructions.
Even after switching off with the emergency button, many machines on
the market start automatically after reconnecting the power supply, if this
happens accidentally when the operator is intent on changing tools, the risk
becomes very high.
